* Market Analyst

Job Duties:   Research market demand for precision mechanical component design, development and production services focusing on fiber optical, medical and semiconductor equipment industries, analyze market data to identify target areas and regions for growth and formulate marketing strategies, collect and analyze data on customer needs and requirements, volume potential, collect and analyze data on competitors, prepare periodic market analysis reports.

 

Requirement:              Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related.

* CNC Machining Programmer Position

Job Description:    Develop programs to control machining or processing of metal or plastic parts to design, develop and produce prototypes and molds for industrial mechanical equipment; convert production methods and procedures designed for machining products to CNC computer language; observe the operating machines in order ensure that the programs and machinery is functioning properly; evaluate and analyze various data acquired from observational research and to use individual judgment to decide whether the machine as well as the products produced meets with the company standard as well as compliance with laws and regulations; analyze blueprints and job orders before programming and insure the safe manufacture of quality products that meet customer specifications; work closely with engineers and other production personnel in resolving engineering and technical problems; and supervise and direct the work of subordinate programmers.

Requirements:

• 24 months of work experience in the offered position or related.

• The two-year work experience must involve design and/or production activities that utilize CNC. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

• Both verbal and written fluency in Chinese (Mandarin).

* CNC Machine Center Set up Position

Job Description:  Follow CNC programmer's set up sheet to set up, run and inspect machining part.  Be able to read mechanical drawing and understand ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing.  Be able to operating CNC machining center equipped with Fanuc, HAAS, Yasinak control.

* Manual Milling Machinist Position

Job Description:  Follow supervise instruction to set up Manual Milling machine to produce mechanical part.  Be able to read mechanical drawing and understand ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing.  Knowledgeable of trigonometry calculation.

* Manual Turning Machinist Position

Job Description:  Follow supervise instruction to set up Manual turning machine to produce mechanical part.  Be able to read mechanical drawing and understand ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing.  Knowledgeable of trigonometry calculation and Lathe tool cutting geometry.

* QA/QC Personnel

job description: Must experience and familiar with CMM machine.  Knowledgeable ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing standard.  Knowledgeable geometric tolerancing.  Knowledgeable various materials including SS alloy, steel alloy, plastic, and Non-ferrous metals.
